Hi everyone! This is Wendy!
I have been having SOOOO much fun creating summer and beach cards with the
Winnie Starfish/Sandcastles bundle.
In this image, Winnie is sitting on the dock, soaking in the sunshine. What a relaxing looking day!
I colored this entire scene with Copic markers.
If you want to create a sea like this just pick 3 blues that work and blend together and make long, gentle strokes - some from the left and some from the right will create the movement in the water easily.
Then just blend the colours back and forth with the lightest blue.
