Login issue

I can't login/ I need to change my password?

You can reset your password at the login screen. Please note passwords are case sensitive and must be a mix of Upper and Lower case and Numbers for extra security. 

You can request a password reset and it will be emailed to your registered email address. Please check your spam if you do not receive it within 10 minutes.

Often, customers who pay using Paypal default their login details to the Paypal Account address so please check this before you open a 2nd login.

Please note that orders cannot be moved between multiple accounts for tax and legal reasons so we advise you to only have one account.

I get an error message/ I can't see the screen /I can't login properly / Something went wrong

1. Reset your Cookies and History. Close your browser and restart again.
2. Use a different browser - for instance if you are using Internet Explorer use Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari - 99% of these issues are cause by your browser and your internet connection, it is very rare for our website to have any issues.
