How to download your files
Not sure how to download your files? It's easier than you think!
You will receive an email confirmation of your download order with links to download. However, if you have problems with your emails, do not receive this or you want to download at a later time, change your computer/devide you can download easily from your order history too.
1. Login to your account on the Polkadoodles website and go to your Order history.
2. Click on the order number to view the products you purchased in that order.
3. You will see the list of items - click the green arrow on the product you wish to download.
4. The item will open and you will then see a list of links for the files you can download. Sometimes it will be one zip folder, other times there will be multiple files.
5. Click the link and it will ask you where you want to save it on your Computer - make sure you save it where you can find it. We recommend you setup a Polkadoodles folder on your PC and then create a folder for the Collection, e.g ’Theo Penguin Snowy Days’. Then save the files into that folder.
6. You need to Unzip any files that end in .zip
7. To do this, double click the file and it will unzip - if you are using a Windows PC or device you MUST “EXTRACT ALL”.
The ALL part is important, if you don’t do this the files do not fully decompress and you will be missing some of your downloads - you think you have them but parts will be missing.
8. Once you have EXTRACTED ALL, you do not need the original download files so you can delete them.
Only use the extracted files.
9. If you lose your saved files on your PC or change your device, you have lifetime access to your back orders on the website and can download them again at any time.
