download order issue
I didn't receive my download order?
Downloads are automatically sent with a link on a Confirmation Order to the email address you checked out with.
1. Check your spam folder, it's usually there.
2. Often, it's because you checked out using your Paypal Account email address, not your regular email so it may have gone to an old or a different address.
For Tax reasons we can't swap orders around between different account so it's important you login to your account wherever possible and use the correct email. If this has happened to you please contact us so we can track down your purchase and get it to you.
We cannot email downloads.
I received my download order but it's wrong/there's a problem?
Downloads are automatically sent once you pay so if you receive the wrong download 99.9% of the time it's because you made a mistake.
If you find that the actual download file does not correspond to what you actually ordered please let us know so we can correct it for you.
If there is an issue with an incorrect file or a mistake on a file, please let us know so we can correct it as soon as possible.
Can I return/exchange/cancel my download order, I changed my mind?
No. Sorry, this is not possible and under International Laws we are not required to exchange any digital order. If we made a mistake which causes you to purchase incorrectly or your order has the incorrect file attached please let us know so we can get you the correct download.
I made a mistake ordering a download, can I have an exchange/refund/credit?
Sorry, this is not possible and under International Laws we are not required to exchange/refund any digital order.
We may be a small company but we are governed by the same rules & laws as Global digital services like Google, Amazon and ITunes - once you make a purchase you are committed to it and refunds are not applicable as the product is already delivered at point of sale to your inbox.
I made a purchase and I can't find it in my account?
Usually this is because you purchased either as a GUEST and didn't login to your account, or you used a different email address like a Paypal Account email so the order is not connected to your account.
