Technical Help

At Polkadoodles we pride ourselves on our Customer Service and it is extremely important to us.

Please note that our phone number is left on an answerphone permanently but be assured that we aim to return all calls within 24hrs. 

As we are a family company we deal with all technical support and customer service issues ourselves and do not have a huge team of people at the end of the phone waiting for your call. However, this means that you get to talk to people who know what they're talking about and are technically able to assist you properly - no calling Timbuctoo only to find the person at the other end can't help! 

We operate this way because we are a hands-on business - if we can't take your call it's because we're either on another call, packing your order in the warehouse, cleaning the toilets, designing new products, or on TV or away at a show - we don't ignore customers on purpose as we know you are the lifeblood of our company.

So if you need to speak to us please leave a short message and your phone number and we WILL call you back, or please email as you may receive a faster response. 

If we are on TV the day you call we will return your call as soon as we return, so please bear with us.

If you email with technical queries and have not received a reply within 24hours - please check your spam and junkmail folders before you leave a further message as you will usually find a reply there.
